Our story

The Daily Toast is a bakery and coffee shop tucked into Nungambakkam, Chennai — one of those places you find by accident and keep coming back to on purpose. We opened with a simple idea: serve genuinely good coffee alongside food that's made here, by hand, every day.
We're not chasing trends. We brew single-origin pour-overs, pull honest espresso drinks, and bake everything from scratch — including our homemade banana bread and the croissants that seem to sell out before noon. If you're looking for a calm spot to read, work, or just sit for a while, the door's open Monday through Saturday from 8am to 6pm.
